Two youth has been charged following an altercation that occurred Tuesday afternoon.

Shortly before 1:30 p.m. on October 8, 2024, police received a report of a group of youth harassing staff, and throwing trash at a business in the 2200 Block of 22nd Street West.

Following police arrival, it was determined a male and female assaulted multiple staff members during the altercation. The female was also wanted on warrants by the SPS.

As a result, 14-year-old female was charged with two counts of assault. The 12-year-old male was also charged with assault.
