The Saskatoon Police Serious Assault Unit is investigating following an assault Saturday morning.

At approximately 1:50 a.m. on October 12, 2024 police received a report of an assault in the 200 block of Pendygrasse Road. Further updates stated the 15-year-old female victim was taken to hospital by paramedics to receive further care for what were believed to be serious injuries.

At this time, it is believed the suspect and victim are known to one another.
