Matthew Thomas Scoville has been located and arrested. The Saskatoon Police Service would like to thank the public, and media for their assistance.
The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating a person of interest in an ongoing aggravated and sexual assault investigation that began early this morning, October 18, 2024, in the 200 block of Coppermine Crescent.
Police are actively searching for 41-year old Matthew Thomas Scoville as a person of interest in this investigation. Scoville is described as being of Southeast Asian descent, bald, approximately 5’9” and 167lbs, with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black and white plaid jacket, black shoes, and dark grey sweat pants.
A significant police presence exists in Saskatoon’s north and west neighbourhoods. Members of the public should not approach Scoville and instead call police immediately if he is seen or encountered.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Matthew Thomas Scoville, or with information otherwise believed to be relevant is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 or, in an emergency, 9-1-1.
