Police are investigating after a firearm was discharged at a house last night.
At approximately 11:30 p.m., February 23, 2025, Patrol officers responded to a suspicious person call at an address in the 200 block of Winnipeg Avenue South. The caller reported hearing a possible gun shot and witnessing two individuals fleeing the area. Upon arrival, Police located damage to the front window of a residence that appeared to be caused by a bullet. A second window appeared to be recently broken, along with a security camera dismantled from the building’s exterior. The house was vacant at the time of the incident and no injuries were reported to Police.
No suspect description is available. The investigation is ongoing.
