A 27 year old male is recovering in hospital following a stabbing over the weekend.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., May 10, 2026, patrol officers were in the area of 22nd Street West and Avenue V South when they spotted a male who was running and appeared to be injured. They stopped the male and found that he had been stabbed. He was transported to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
