Three males were arrested after officers observed them to be in possession of bear spray yesterday.

Shortly after 4:00 p.m. on May 26, 2026, officers patrolling in the area of Avenue V South and 21st Street West observed a group of males in possession of bear spray; they were arrested without incident and, following a search of their persons, police found cocaine, bear spray, a knife, and a loaded firearm.

As a result, three males, two age 20 and one age 17, are facing a combination of drug- and weapons-related charges.
