On August 4, 2019 at approximately 10:15 p.m., at College Drive and McOrmond Drive, the Saskatoon Police Service, Saskatoon Fire Department and Medavie Health Services West attended to a motor vehicle collision with injuries involving a car and a motorcycle.

A small car traveling southbound on McOrmond Drive struck a motorcycle traveling northbound when the motorcyclist turned left in front of the car to merge onto College Drive westbound.

The 26-year-old motorcyclist was transported to Royal University Hospital with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries. The collision remains under investigation and charges are pending.
