A teen was arrested last night in connection to a social media post.

At approximately 8:10 p.m., August 13, 2019, Patrol members were dispatched to a home in the 700 block of 1st Street East. Officers learned a 14 year old male had posted a photo online of himself holding a shotgun. The male was located in the garage of the residence where Police took him into custody without incident. The garaged was searched and the firearm was located and seized.

The 14 year old male was charged with Possession of a Dangerous Weapon.
