Stolen ATM - 200 Block Waterloo Cr.

Three men were arrested yesterday following an early morning noise complaint.

At 3:40 a.m., August 20, 2019, Patrol members responded to a noise complaint in the 200 block of Waterloo Crescent. It was reported to officers that loud hammering noises and a car alarm could be heard coming from a garage. Officers arrived and knocked on the overhead garage door. Occupants inside raised the door slightly before attempting to close it, but Police prevented that, fully opening the door. They observed three men inside the garage, with one in the process of exiting the man door. Another male was holding a screw driver. Officers observed an ATM on the floor of the garage. All three men were arrested without incident. A 42 year old man was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The ATM was stolen during a break and enter incident being investigated by the RCMP.

Three men, ages 42, 28 and 18 are all facing a charge of Possession of Stolen Property over $5000. Other charges include Possession of Break and Enter Tools, Possession of Methamphetamine and Breach of Undertaking.
