A 34 year old Saskatoon man is facing charges of robbery and breach of undertaking following an incident yesterday.

Police were called to a pharmacy in the 200 block of 2nd Avenue North just after noon on September 3, 2019. Staff reported that a man had entered the store, claimed he had a gun, put a bag on the counter and demanded cash. When they refused he fled the scene on foot. He was followed by store employees who altered responding officers. They located the male suspect nearby.

No one was injured during the incident.
