Two people have been arrested for a break and enter, and assault, at a residence earlier this morning.

Shortly after 2:00 a.m., September 5, 2019, Police responded to a residence in the 200 block of Avenue W South after it was reported that a man and woman had forced their way into the home and assaulted one of the occupants. They fled before Police arrived but were located a short time later at a residence in the 400 block of Avenue X South.

The 29-year-old man is charged with Break and Enter, Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Theft Under $5000, Robbery, and Breach of Probation. The 19-year-old woman is charged with Assault and Breach of Probation (x2).
