Following consultation with Crown Prosecutors, Saskatoon Police have charged a man involved in a voyeurism incident at a gas station in the 400 block of Circle Drive East on September 1, 2019.
The accused turned himself in to Police yesterday evening and is now charged with Voyeurism. (Court Info # 991103842)
The investigation into this incident, including obtaining a search warrant to access the accused’s cell phone, is ongoing.

Saskatoon Police are investigating a voyeurism incident that was reported over the weekend.
At approximately 12:10 a.m., September 1, 2019, Patrol officers were dispatched to a gas station in the 400 block of Circle Drive East. The caller, a 29 year old woman, told Police she believed a man in the gas station had recorded her, as well as four female youths, while they were using the washroom. The woman said the male suspect exhibited suspicious behaviour prior to the victims using the washroom. She reported to Police that she had observed the camera of a cellphone visible through a damaged ceiling tile in the washroom.
Officers arrested a 25 year old Saskatoon man from inside the gas station and seized his cellphone. He was later released and the investigation continues. Police are working to obtain a search warrant in order to access the content of the cellphone.
