Saskatchewan Police Memorial Ride To Remember

Every year, the last Sunday in September marks the Saskatchewan Police & Peace Officer Memorial. A special ceremony takes place at the Legislature in Regina.

For the last few years, to honour our fallen heroes, a group of Saskatchewan Police Officers embark on a three-day, 450km cycling journey - the Ride to Remember.

This year marks the 4th annual Saskatchewan Ride to Remember. Over 30 police officers are making the trek this year, which begins this morning at the North Battleford RCMP detachment. The group is expected to arrive at SPS Headquarters this afternoon shortly after 4 p.m.

The group will depart from the SPS Headquarters building at 8 a.m., September 27th. There will be a media availability at 7:30 a.m. in the gymnasium.
