A 38 year old man is in custody following an armed robbery in the 3000 blk Diefenbaker Drive.

At approximately 9:52p.m., October 23, 2019, Police were called to an establishment where a male had shown a knife and stole alcohol. Members from the Guns and Gangs Unit located the suspect nearby and took him into custody.

The suspect was found to be in possession of a knife and alcohol at the time of his arrest. He will be attending court in the morning facing a charge of armed robbery and breach of probation.
