A 51 year old man received minor injuries when he was struck by a vehicle at 8 St and Dufferin Av at 7:49 p.m. tonight. The male was crossing 8 St southbound at Dufferin Av and was struck by an eastbound vehicle.

The 45 year old driver of the vehicle was charged with driving without due care and attention under the Traffic Safety Act.
