One person is facing charges after Patrol observed a stolen vehicle early this morning.

At approximately 12:20 a.m., October 30, 2019, Patrol officers observed a stolen vehicle in area of 33rd Street West and Avenue B North. They conducted a traffic stop in a parking lot and found the male driver to be in possession of a machete. Officers also located a backpack in the vehicle that contained a face mask, break and enter instruments, and what are believed to be stolen cheques.

A 22-year-old man is facing charges of Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000, Possession of Break and Enter Tools, Possession of a Weapon, Carry Concealed Weapon and Breach of Probation, .
