A 24 year old male is in custody following an incident downtown tonight.

Police were called to the 200blk 2nd Ave S at approximately 5:46p.m., October 30, 2019. A male reported that he was threatened by a male with a knife.

Members from the Bike Unit were in the area and able to arrest the suspect without incident. He was found to be in possession of a knife. He was charged with assault with a weapon and will be appearing in court tomorrow morning.
