The subject of the Missing Person investigation, Richard SHINGOOSE, has been located safe and sound.

The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting assistance in locating a 10 year old male.
Richard SHINGOOSE was last seen leaving a school yard in the 2100 block of McPherson Avenue, on November 6, 2019 at 4:06 p.m. A boy matching his description was then seen by a Saskatoon Transit operator, at the corner of Arlington Avenue and Eastview at 6:10 p.m.
He is described as approximately 4'5" tall, with a small build, ear-length dark hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a black hoodie underneath, grey "Huskie" sweats, and black hiking-style boots.
His family is concerned because he may be in a vulnerable state. He also left his toque and mitts in the schoolyard.
