The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting assistance in locating a 19 year old male.
Emanuel Joseph Lado was last seen at 2:00 p.m. on November 12, 2019 on Leif Erickson Place
He is described as a black male, 6'1" tall, weighing 200lbs, and wears glasses
He was last seen wearing a dark grey winter jacket, dark coloured athletic pants, and dark coloured under armour sneakers
Police are concerned as he may be in a vulnerable state.
