Saskatoon Police are searching for a male today in connection to a stabbing/armed robbery that occurred yesterday evening.
Patrol officers were dispatched to a hospital in the 100 block of Hospital Drive last night, for a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, Police located a 19 year old man suffering from minor injuries. It was reported to officers that the victim and a second 19 year old man had been walking through a field near the 400 block of Russell Road at approximately 8:00 p.m., November 18, 2019. The men reported being approached by an unknown male who demanded money. The suspect and victim engaged in an altercation prior to the victim receiving a stab wound. The victim and second man fled to hospital, where the victim received medical treatment.
The male suspect is described as being approximately 6’ tall with a medium build. He was wearing black sweat pants and a black bunnyhug at the time of the incident.
