Three people were arrested yesterday following an investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service Drug Unit.
Investigators observed activity consistent with drug trafficking taking place at a home in the 400 block of Keeley Way. At approximately 2:30 p.m., November 25, 2019, officers arrested a 36 year old man and a 29 year old woman from a vehicle in the 1600 block of McKercher Drive. The woman was found in possession of prepackaged methamphetamine and the man was released without charges.
Hours later, Police executed a search warrant at a residence in the 400 block of Keeley Way at approximately 6:00 p.m. A 29 year old man was arrested from inside the home. Officers located and seized numerous items consistent with drug trafficking including methamphetamine, cash, imitation firearms, brass knuckles and a conducted energy weapon.
A 29 year old woman was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and later released.
A 29 year old man is facing charges relating to trafficking methamphetamine, possession of weapons and breaching court ordered conditions.
