A 35-year-old man is facing charges after being observed breaking into mailboxes in an apartment building shortly after midnight.

At approximately 12:30 a.m., November 28, 2019, Police responded to the 1700 block of 22nd Street West after receiving a report that a male was breaking into apartment mailboxes. The man was detained upon Police arrival and further investigation found that he was in possession of break and enter instruments and multiple ID's and credit cards that were not his.

The 35-year-old is charged with Break and Enter, and Possession of Break and Enter Instruments. (Court Info # 991113195)
