Two men are facing charges following a cocaine trafficking investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service Drug Unit on Thursday evening.
The two men were arrested on December 5, 2019, after Police witnessed activity consistent with illegal drug transactions. As a result of the arrests and investigation, two search warrants were simultaneously executed by the Tactical Support Unit at two different suites in an apartment building in the 300 block of Herold Road.
Investigators seized a total of 1180 grams of powdered buff, 58.5 grams of crack cocaine (packaged for distribution), 2,466 rounds of various ammunitions and over $13,000 in cash.
The two men, ages 25 and 30, are facing charges of: Trafficking Cocaine, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine, Possession of Proceeds of Crime Over $5000 and Possession of Prohibited Device. The 30-year-old faces an additional charge for Possession of a Prohibited Device and Possession Contrary to Order. (Court Info #'s: 991114133, 991114134, 991114132)
