Members of Saskatoon Police Guns and Gang Unit arrested Eiryn Ashlee Straigtnose, DOB 1998-09-17, last evening without incident. Straightnose was located in a residence in Saskatoon.
Straightnose had a Canada-wide warrant for first degree murder of Winston Littlecrow on December 7th, 2019. A 17 year old male has also been charged in relation to this incident.
Straightnose will see a Justice of the Peace today.

Saskatoon Police are looking for a 21 year old female in connection with the city’s most recent homicide investigation. As a result of the investigation to date Eiryn Ashlee Straightnose, DOB 1998-09-17, is now wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first degree murder. Straightnose is described as 5’7” in height, weighing 150 pounds, with shoulder length black hair and a tattoo in the shape of a heart under her right eye (not visible in this picture). A 17 year old male was arrested and charged with first degree murder yesterday in relation to this incident and appeared in court this morning at 9:30 am.
Saskatoon Police are asking anyone that may have information on the whereabouts of Straightnose, or information regarding this incident to call the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 and ask to speak to an investigator in Major Crimes or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

The traffic restrictions on Avenue H South between 19th and 20th Streets, as well as the 300 block of Avenue H South have now been lifted. Saskatoon Police Service would like to thank the public for avoiding the area and their patience.

Saskatoon Police Major Crimes, with the assistance of the Guns and Gangs Unit, have charged a 17 year old male with First Degree Murder and Possession of a Firearm While Prohibited to do so, in relation to Saskatoon's most recent homicide that occurred last Saturday morning, December 7th, in the 200 block of Avenue X north, where a 35 year old male victim had been shot.
As a result of the investigation, police were able to determine the identity of the youth. Members of the Guns and Gangs Unit then located this male later this afternoon and arrested him without incident. As a result of the arrest, police investigators, with the assistance of the Tactical Support Unit, are now executing a search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of Avenue H South to look for further evidence.

Saskatoon Police Service are currently dealing with an incident in the 300 Block of Avenue H South and as a result are advising the public to avoid the area. In addition all traffic on Avenue H South between 19th Street and 20th Street is restricted. Please find an alternative route to avoid the area.
