Charges have been laid in connection to the discharge of a firearm at a restaurant in the 400 block of 21st Street East on March 3, 2020.
The 25-year-old man is facing charges of; Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, Unauthorized Possession of Firearm, Possession of Firearm and Ammunition Contrary to Order, and Discharging Firearm with Intent.
Following further investigation by the Serious Assault Unit, the man faces additional charges of Theft under $5000, Unauthorized Possession in a Motor Vehicle and Possession of Weapon Obtained by Commission of Offence.

The Saskatoon Police Service is currently at the scene of a shooting that occurred in the 400 block of 21 St E.
A 25 year old male entered a business and discharged a rifle. Nobody was injured. The male was apprehended by staff at the business and held for police. A rifle was recovered.
The man will be facing numerous weapons related charges.
The investigation is ongoing.
