A 39 year old man and a 27 year old woman, both from Saskatoon, are facing a number of charges following an investigation into methamphetamine trafficking.

On January 26, 2020 at approximately 1:30 a.m., members of the SPS Drug Unit with assistance from the Tactical Support Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in the 400 block of Egbert Avenue. Inside they located the man and the woman along with; approximately $650 in cash, 657 grams of methamphetamine, 3 MDMA piills, 1.9 grams of cocaine, and bear spray.

The 39 year old man is charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession of cocaine and MDMA and Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace (bear spray). He was also the subject of an arrest warrant out of Prince Albert.

The 27 year old woman is facing charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, cocaine and MDMA, Possession of the Proceeds of Crime and Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace (bear spray).
