Three men ages 36, 41, and 50 are facing a number of charges following a home invasion this evening.
At approximately 5:00 p.m., February 14th, Patrol members were dispatched to an apartment building in the 3100 block of 33rd St. W for a report of a home invasion. It was reported that the suspects had forced their way into a residence and deployed bear spray before stealing items and fleeing. Victims were treated by ambulance personnel for exposure to bear spray. An airsoft pistol and machete were recovered during the investigation.
On arrival Patrol members observed 2 of the suspects fleeing. They were arrested after a short foot pursuit and a 3rd suspect was located shortly after in the area.
