Members of the Saskatoon Police Service have cleared an area in the 300 block Avenue S South. A male is in custody and charges are pending.

Just before 11:00 a.m. this morning Police received a report of threats being made at a residence. It was also believed that a firearm may be involved. As a result members of the Tactical Support Unit utilized the Armoured Rescue Vehicle in their response. The officers were successful in clearing the residence and no firearm was located.
