A 26 year old Saskatoon man is facing charges following an investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service Crime Reduction Team into cocaine trafficking.
The male was arrested at approximately 7:40 p.m, March 11, 2022 in a parking lot in the 3500 block of 8th Street East. A search of a 2009 Nissan Maxima and a residence in the 600 block of Kenderdine Road resulted in investigators locating 249 grams of powdered cocaine, $630 in cash, two smart phones and drug paraphernalia.
The 26 year old man is now facing a charge of trafficking cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and possession of the proceeds of crime under $5000.
