The Saskatoon Police Service has arrested and charged a 32-year-old woman after a vehicle collision on Sunday.
On June 12th, 2022, at approximately 8:45 p.m., police responded to the intersection of 1st Avenue North and 24th Street East. It was discovered that two vehicles had been involved in a collision. The driver of one of the vehicles, a 32-year-old woman, was arrested at the scene. Five people in the second vehicle were taken to hospital, by Medavie Health Services, with non-life threatening injuries.
The 32-year-old woman is charged with Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm and Exceeding the Legal Alcohol Limit Causing Bodily Harm.
Saskatoon Police are at the scene of a two vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection of 1st Avenue North and 24th Street East.
Patrol and the Collision Analyst Unit are on scene investigating. Traffic restrictions are in place, motorists and pedestrians are being asked to avoid the area.
