The 19-year-old subject of a missing persons investigation, Nykera Brown, was located by police and found to be safe.
Police wish to thank members of the public and media for their assistance.
The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 19-year-old.
Nykera Brown was last seen at approximately 1:00 p.m. on September 1, 2022 in Weyburn, Saskatchewan; however, was believed to be travelling to Saskatoon. Nykera has not been in recent contact with family; this behaviour is uncommon and family is concerned that Nykera is in a vulnerable state.
Nykera Brown is described as being 5'8" and 150lbs with brown eyes, long brown hair, and multiple tattoos. A clothing description is not available.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Nykera Brown is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 or, in an emergency, 9-1-1. Anonymous information can also be provided to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. A photo is attached for distribution.
