Members of the Saskatoon Crime Reduction Team have concluded investigation into the drug trafficking activities of a 42-year-old man and 39-year-old woman, both from Saskatoon.
On September 22, 2022 at around 6:15 p.m., officers observed the duo engaged in a suspected drug transaction in the 300 block of 4th Avenue North; their arrests were successfully effected minutes later and a short distance away.
Enforcement action resulted in the seizure of:
- $20,269.00 CAD
- $276.00 USD
- 224.7 grams powered cocaine
- 518.3 grams crystal methamphetamine
- 704.5x dilaudid tablets (hydromorphone)
- 2009 Hyundai Genesis
- 2013 Lincoln MKX
- Paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking
Both are facing several drug trafficking- and proceeds of crime-related charges.
The Crime Reduction Team is funded by the Government of Saskatchewan through the Ministry of Justice, Corrections and Policing.
