A 31 year old man is facing charges following a police response to a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Boyd Street.

Police were called to the residence at approximately 2:15 a.m., November 21, 2022. Inside, they located a man armed with a knife and threatening to harm himself. A responding officer deployed their conducted energy weapon and the male was safely taken into custody.

He is now facing charges of Breach of Release Order (x2).

The incident will be reviewed in accordance with SPS policy.
