The Saskatoon Police Service is investigating an assault that occurred early this morning.

On March 21, 2023, at around 1:15 a.m., police were called to the 500 block of 3rd Avenue North for the report of an assault. Upon arrival, officers found a 34-year-old man suffering from injuries, and confirmed he had been stabbed. His wallet had also been stolen by an unknown male suspect. The victim was transported to hospital for medical treatment in stable condition.
