The Saskatoon Police Service Major Crimes Section is requesting assistance identifying three persons of interest, in connection to a suspicious death.
On March 24, 2023, at around 12:15 a.m., three people were observed in the 2300 Block of 17th Street West, placing a large container into a dumpster. Later that day, the body of 54-year-old Aaron Gamble was found inside.
Video footage of three people approaching and leaving the dumpster, was captured nearby. The surveillance footage can be found on the SPS Facebook and Twitter accounts.

The Saskatoon Police Service Major Crime Section is continuing to investigate a suspicious death.
On March 24, 2023, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Police were called to a back alley in the 2300 block of 17th Street West. It was reported that a body was discovered inside a dumpster. Upon arrival, officers located the deceased individual.
An autopsy and next of kin notifications were completed, and it has been confirmed that, 54-year-old Aaron Gamble is the victim. Investigators believe foul play may be involved.
Members of the Major Crime Section and the Forensic Identification Section continue to investigate the death and are asking for the public’s assistance; If you have any information regarding the location of Gamble on March 23, 2023, please call Police at 306-975-8300 and ask to speak to a Major Crime Investigator.
