Request For Public Assistance: Point Firearm - 2300 Block 33rd St. W

The Saskatoon Police Service is asking for the public’s help after an armed group of people forced their way into a home on the weekend.

At approximately 12:15 a.m., April 16, 2023, Patrol officers were dispatched to a residence in the 2300 block of 33rd Street West. The complainant stated that he had been held at gunpoint in a residence by three unknown people, looking for an individual unknown to the current tenants. Upon Police arrival, the suspects had fled. Police spoke with the complainant, who was physically unharmed, and learned that two women and one man wielding a gun forced their way into the home. The complainant stated that he was held at gunpoint by the male suspect while the two female suspects searched the residence. Nothing was taken and no one was injured in the incident. The three fled in a vehicle parked in the back alley.

The male suspect is described as being Caucasian, approximately 5’10” – 6’ tall with dirty blonde hair. He may have blue eyes with short hair and groomed facial hair. He was wearing a black/navy blue ball cap with a red, Toronto Blue Jays t-shirt and blue jeans.

A detailed description of the females was not available.

The suspect vehicle is described as a small, grey SUV or hatchback. There is white writing at the top of the back window, as well. No make or model could be determined.
