Saskatoon Police are requesting public assistance in a historical homicide investigation.

Today marks the 21st anniversary of the homicide of 43-year-old Rizalino Cajuguiran.

Shortly before noon on June 9, 2002, Police responded to a basement apartment in the 100 block of Avenue U South where they located Cajuguiran deceased. An autopsy determined he had been the victim homicide.
