A 15 year old male and 15 year old female are facing charges following an assault that took place on a City of Saskatoon Transit bus overnight.

At approximately 11:40 p.m., October 10, 2023, Police received a report of several teens assaulting another passenger on the bus, which was stopped at Witney Avenue and 20th Street West. When officers arrived, several teens were witnessed fleeing on foot. A 15-year-old male and 15- year-old female were taken into custody.

They are now facing charges of breach of court conditions. The investigation into the assault is continuing and further charges are expected.

The 37-year-old female victim suffered minor physical injuries during the incident.
