Members of the SPS Serious Assault Unit are investigating a serious assault which occurred overnight.

At approximately 4:30 a.m., November 8, 2023, Police received a report of an injured female. Two passersby had located her lying in the street in the 300 block of Avenue U South. The 16-year-old female was transported to hospital and is now in stable condition.
