The Collision Analyst Unit has concluded at the scene of a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian this morning. Traffic restrictions that were in place for the duration of the investigation have since been removed.
The 61-year-old female pedestrian was transported to hospital with what were believed to be life-threatening injuries; however, she is now in stable condition and remains in hospital.
The Saskatoon Police Service reminds members of the public of the importance in following police direction and obeying traffic restrictions while investigations are taking place; police thank those who were accommodating of the closures.

Members of the Collision Analyst Unit have been called to the scene of a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian this morning.
At around 11:00 a.m. on December 13, 2023, police responded to the area of 8th Street East and Campbell Avenue for a report of a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian. The adult female pedestrian has been transported to hospital by paramedics with undetermined injuries.
Traffic restrictions are in place; members of the public are asked to avoid the area as the Collision Analyst Unit investigates. An update will be provided upon removal of the restrictions.
