Members of the Saskatoon Crime Reduction Team have concluded investigation into the drug trafficking activities of two persons.
On February 9, 2023 at around 8:00 p.m., officers conducted enforcement action on the duo suspected of trafficking cocaine; both were arrested in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue South without incident.
Four search warrants were executed on addresses in the 200 block of 26th Street West, 30 block of Middleton Crescent, and 1200 block of Avenue D North (x2). Two additional search warrants were executed on vehicles. As a result, officers seized;
- 767.8 grams of cocaine
- $12,495 CAD
- Bear spray
- Chevrolet 1500 Trail Boss
- Toyota FJ Cruiser
- Arctic Cat snowmobile
- Arctic Cat UTV
- Paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking
A 30-year-old man and 32-year-old woman, both from Saskatoon, are collectively facing charges relating to drug trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime.
