Homicide - 200 Block Of Avenue O South

The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting public assistance in the April 2024 homicide of a 25-year-old Saskatoon man.

On April 16, 2024 at around 1:00 a.m., police responded to the 1500 Block of 20th Street West for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located 25-year-old Kade Lee suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was transported to hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. An autopsy confirmed him to be the victim of homicide.

Saskatoon Police Service Major Crime Section are investigating after a homicide last night.

At approximately 12:50 a.m. on April 16, 2024 police responded to reports of a shooting in the 200 Block of Avenue O South.

Upon arrival, officers located a 25-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the Royal University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Saskatoon Police Major Crime Section and Forensic Identification Services continue to investigate Saskatoon’s 8th homicide.
