Members of the Collision Analyst Unit are investigating following a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on Friday.
On May 10, 2024 at approximately 2:50 p.m., police responded to a report of a collision involving a pedestrian in the 3100 Block of 8th Street East. Upon arrival, officers found a 74-year-old woman suffering from what were believed to be life-threatening injuries; she was transported to hospital by paramedics and her condition has since stabilized.
The investigation into the collision is ongoing.

Police are currently on scene of a collision where a vehicle struck a pedestrian near 8th Street East and Arlington Avenue.
Eastbound lanes on Arlington Avenue are currently blocked off and drivers are asked to find an alternate route, or follow police instruction.
