One woman is arrested and Saskatoon Police continue to investigate following a robbery on Monday.

On May 27, 2024 at approximately 2:10 p.m. police responded to reports of a robbery during a rideshare in the 200 Block of Avenue N North.

Upon arrival, officers located the victim and observed injuries consistent with an assault. The 33-year-old man explained he was doing a rideshare when he was robbed and assaulted by two women.

The victim was eventually able to bring the vehicle to a stop and both female suspects fled on foot. Shortly after, officers located and arrested one of the two suspects. As a result, a 21-year-old Saskatoon woman is facing charges in relation to robbery.
