One man has been arrested following a police response to a domestic disturbance last night.

At around 10:00 p.m. on July 11, 2024, police were called to a report of a domestic disturbance in progress in the 1300 block of Avenue B North. Upon arrival, officers began identifying those within the residence to remove anyone who did not reside there; all occupants were compliant with officers except for one man who would not provide his name. Continued investigation by members of Patrol successfully identified the man and found him to be wanted on warrant for break and enter to commit mischief. Upon effecting his arrest, the man spit in the face of a Constable.

In addition to the execution of his warrant, the 18-year-old Saskatoon man was also charged with assaulting a police officer and failing to comply with court-imposed conditions (x2).
