Traffic restrictions have now been lifted and members of the SPS Collision Analyst Unit continue to investigate following a collision between a truck and cyclist Friday evening. The 46-year old male remains in hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Saskatoon Police are currently responding to a collision that occurred between a truck and a cyclist this evening at approximately 6:00pm. A 46-year-old male has been sent to hospital with serious injuries. Traffic restriction are in place for all northbound traffic on Diefenbaker Drive between Fairlight Drive and 22nd Street W.
Patrol members and the Collision Analysts Unit are conducting an investigation and motorists are being asked to find an alternate route for the time being.
An update will be provided upon removal of the traffic restrictions.
