One woman has been charged following a robbery that occurred Tuesday night.

Shortly after 10:00 p.m. on July 23, 2024, police received a report of a robbery that occurred in the 1400 block of Idylwyld Drive North. It was reported that the woman was concealing items on her person and when staff confronted her she brandished a knife.

Arriving officers observed the woman leaving the store and placed her under arrest. A search of her person located a knife along with several items from the business.

As a result the 25-year-old woman has been charged with robbery, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and a breach of probation.
