One man was arrested in relation to a weapons complaint on Thursday.

At approximately 3:50 p.m. on July 25, 2024 police were called to the intersection of Fairlight Drive and Fairmont Drive for a weapons complaint. Further information stated there were three males and one had been observed walking with a firearm.

Upon arrival, officers located three individual matching the descriptions of the suspects. The suspects were arrested and upon search of their persons, an imitation firearm was located on one of the men. Upon further investigation, it was also found he was breaching court ordered conditions.

As a result, a 26-year-old man is facing charges in relation to possession of a weapon, concealing a weapon, as well as failure to comply with court ordered conditions.
