Two people were arrested following a suspicious person call on Thursday.

On August 1, 2024 at approximately 8:20 a.m. police received a report of a suspicious person in the 3300 block of Fairlight Drive. Upon arrival, officers located two individuals underneath a tarp in the area. Further investigation led officers to discover one of the individuals was breaching court ordered conditions and was in possession of a knife. The second individual had a warrant for her arrest.

The individuals were arrested without incident and as a result, a 46-year-old man is facing charges relating to possession of a weapon, concealing a weapon, and breaching court ordered conditions. A 38-year-old woman was arrested due to her outstanding warrant.
