Following continued investigation by members of the Sex Crime Unit, a second man has been charged in relation to a sexual assault at the Saskatoon Exhibition.
The 32-year-old man has been charged with sexual assault. Both he and the earlier charged 25-year-old man will appear before a Justice of the Peace tomorrow morning.
The Saskatoon Police Service wishes to correct the age of the man charged. He is 25-years-old, not 35 as previously stated.
The Sex Crime Unit is continuing to investigate.

One man has been arrested following a sexual assault at the Saskatoon Exhibition.
Shortly before midnight on August 6, 2024, police patrolling the Saskatoon Exhibition were notified of a sexual assault that had just occurred. Through investigation, police found that a 16-year-old female was sexually assaulted by a man she did not know prior to that night on the fair grounds. She was transported to hospital by police to receive medical attention.
Continued investigation led officers to identifying and arresting the man the following day. As a result, the 35-year-old man has been charged with sexual assault.
